The tasks and assignments span a wide range and vary in size and complexity. You need to be able to apply and utilize your previous experiences in partially new contexts. The work is based in Norrköping, Gothenburg, or Kista, where we focus on supervision, permit assessment, and regulatory development within air traffic services (ATM/ANS). We collaborate with many different stakeholders in the aviation sector within Sweden, Europe, and the rest of the world.

You will
- work with various issues within air traffic services and air traffic management (ATM/ANS) for civil and military aviation,
- engage in supervision and permit assessment,
- participate in the development and modification of regulations, both nationally and internationally,
- communicate with providers of air traffic services, primarily within Sweden,
- liaise with aviation authorities from other countries as well as international organizations, and
- contribute to tasks within the agency based on the overall needs of the organization.
The work includes travel both within Sweden and to other parts of the world, primarily within Europe.
You must have
- extensive and qualified professional experience in the fields of air traffic services or air traffic management,
- a good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English,
- a valid driver's license (B category).
It is advantageous if you also have
- operational experience or experience working with technical systems within air traffic management or air traffic services,
- good knowledge of military aviation,
- experience in administrative tasks, such as investigations or the establishment of working methods,
- experience in quality or safety management.

The employment is permanent with placement at one of the following offices: Norrköping, Stockholm/Kista, Gothenburg.
Start date according to agreement.
We normally apply a probationary period.
As an employee with us, there is the possibility to work remotely up to three days a week. The needs of the organization and the nature of the tasks will determine whether and to what extent this is possible.
An employment with us may involve a placement in a security classification. A security clearance with a background check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted. For some of our tasks in a security classification, Swedish citizenship is required.
