The Good Talents is a non-profit organization that empowers and strengthens youth by developing and running programs in leadership and social entrepreneurship in areas with immense untapped potential. We are now seeking a Fundraising and Partnership Coordinator who can build relationships with and engage stakeholders in the business community, as well as measure and develop the impact of our programs.

**Responsibilities**
The role of Fundraising and Partnership Coordinator at The Good Talents involves building relationships, partnership work, and writing applications to foundations and funds. Your main tasks will include:
- Writing applications to foundations, funds, and government agencies.
- Ensuring that our partners receive reporting and communication.
- Developing The Good Talents' partnerships with companies.
- Building strong relationships with businesses, municipalities, and other funders.
- Preparing pitches and presentation materials for meetings with companies, with support from the communications team.
- Ensuring that corporate partners are engaged in the operations (together with the operations coordinator).
- Participating in the development of methods and content for our products for companies, including workshops, training, and programs.
- Conducting impact assessments, analyzing results, and compiling them into a clear and usable presentation.
**Qualifications**
To be considered for the role, it is essential that you:
- Have education and/or work experience in partnership work, sales, rhetoric, or similar fields.
- Have strong proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Have experience writing applications to foundations, funds, and government agencies.

**Meritorious**
We know that no one can do everything, but it is a plus if you:
- Have experience in fundraising within the non-profit sector.
- Have knowledge of Hubspot or similar CRM systems.
- Have experience working with B2B sales or other types of relationship-building work.
- Have experience working with municipalities in public-private partnerships, procurement, or similar forms of collaboration.
- Have experience in measuring the impact of initiatives.

**Practical Information**
The position is a permanent full-time employment with a six-month probationary period. You will work from our office in Fittja, with the possibility of remote work a few days a week. Some work may be scheduled on weekends and evenings.
