Job Opportunity: Full-Time Customer Service Representative in Örebro! About the Position You will receive incoming customer service calls where customers initiate contact. Service is our primary focus, and we are committed to addressing the customer's matter and then assessing their needs to offer additional services through cross-selling if the service meets the customer's requirements. This is a long-term assignment beginning with a paid training period. You will join a team characterized by job satisfaction and a forward-thinking attitude. Employment is 100% during the training period, transitioning to 80% thereafter. Primary Responsibilities As a customer service representative, you will primarily: • Receive incoming calls regarding the company's services • Respond to invoice and basic subscription inquiries • Process product and additional service purchases • Conduct advanced technical troubleshooting In your role, you will strive to provide world-class service, ensure customers have the right service, and offer the best solutions through needs analysis.
