In collaboration with Eurofins, Sweden's largest government-approved laboratory, customers are ensured accurate analysis and the correct measures for their water. With over two million private wells in Sweden, there is a growing market and a clear purpose: to create safe access to clean water for everyone. About the Role As an inside sales representative at MCBS, you will follow up on warm leads – customers who have already taken the first step by ordering a water analysis. Your task is to make contact, build trust, and guide the customer to the right solution for their needs. • You will engage with incoming and warm leads over the phone. • You will follow up through calls, SMS, and emails to build relationships and drive the business forward. • You will have the support of experienced colleagues, sales systems, and clear processes – while receiving ongoing coaching and training. Development and Support • You will receive a one-year sales training program with daily short sessions that enhances your product knowledge, communication, and objection handling. • All sales material is available digitally, and you will have close contact with colleagues Mia and Anders, who assist with product and customer support. • You will gradually learn more about water purification and can grow along with your experience. Who We Are Looking For We are looking for a confident and relationship-building salesperson with the ability to establish trust and drive dialogues forward at a steady pace. You have a natural curiosity, enjoy learning new things, and see the value in deeply understanding the customer's situation. The products range from smaller purifiers for 20,000 SEK to complete waterworks for up to 200,000 SEK. Demand is increasing in line with stricter requirements for water quality – making this a role with great potential for both personal development and sales success. You will also have the opportunity to participate in a one-year sales training with Mikael Arndt, which includes 25 diploma courses and regular live lectures. The training provides excellent opportunities to develop your sales techniques and strengthen your skills in customer dialogues and business development.
