Since our establishment in 2014, we at Bonnier News Inhouse Sales, a central part of the Nordic region's leading media group Bonnier News AB, have undergone significant expansion that highlights our importance in the industry. We have grown from having an office with five employees to nearly 100 sales representatives distributed across our offices in Västerås, Norrköping, Örebro, and Eskilstuna today. Our vision is to become the leading sales organization within the entire Bonnier group, and with total sales projected at 145 million in 2024, nothing can stop us!
As a corporate sales representative at Bonnier News Inhouse Sales, you have the opportunity to influence your own salary through an unlimited commission model along with a guaranteed salary each month. You will receive training in modern sales techniques from our experienced sales coaches and sales managers, who have over 10 years of industry experience. We offer a fantastic workplace with motivating colleagues, fun activities, and exciting sales competitions. About the role
As a salesperson at Bonnier, you will work Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Fridays from 8:00 AM to 3:45 PM. You will start your workweek alongside your colleagues at our new office in central Örebro. The day begins with a joint kickoff where we review the goals for the week and the day. You will then speak daily with business owners and private individuals across Sweden via telephone, offering them subscriptions to Dagens Industri, Dagens Nyheter, and 40 of Sweden's largest local newspapers, such as Närkes Allehanda, Helsingborgs Dagblad, and Sydsvenskan. Your workday will be interspersed with sales, coaching sales meetings, independent study of the products you sell, and engaging activities and sales competitions. Who are you?
You thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment where high tempo, positive energy, and strong collegial collaboration go hand in hand with good sales results. You are a communicative and persuasive telemarketer with the ability to express yourself clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing. Through active listening and understanding of the customer's needs, you can tailor solutions that truly add value.
As a person, you are goal-oriented and driven, striving not only to meet but also to exceed set targets. Your perseverance and work ethic ensure that you maintain focus and resolve tasks efficiently without giving up. You are meticulous and organized, ensuring that you consistently deliver quality in your work, and you handle stressful situations in a calm and stable manner.
Qualifications:
- Strong ability to communicate with and engage customers via phone and email/writing.
- Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Previous experience in proactive sales is advantageous.
- Experience in sales within the media industry is a plus.
Additional information
This position is a permanent employment starting with a 6-month probationary period. The salary is based on a guaranteed salary and commission.
You will belong to Bonnier News Inhouse Sales. You report to the sales manager, and we share an office at Nikolaigatan 3, in central Örebro.
