Since our inception in 2014, we at Bonnier News Inhouse Sales, a central part of the Nordic region's leading media group Bonnier News AB, have undergone significant expansion, marking our importance within the industry. We have grown from an office with five employees to nearly 100 sales representatives across our offices in Västerås, Norrköping, Örebro, and Eskilstuna. Our vision is to become the leading sales organization within the entire Bonnier group, and with a total sales target of 145 million for 2024, nothing can stop us!
As a corporate sales representative at Bonnier News Inhouse Sales, you will have the opportunity to influence your own earnings through an unlimited commission model as well as a guaranteed salary each month. You will receive training in modern sales techniques from our experienced sales coaches and sales managers, each having over 10 years of experience in the industry. We offer a fantastic work environment with motivating colleagues, fun activities, and exciting sales competitions. About the Role
As a salesperson at Bonnier, you will work Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Fridays from 8:00 AM to 3:45 PM. You will start your workweek with your colleagues at our office located in central Eskilstuna. The day begins with a joint kickoff where we review the goals for the week and the day. You will then spend each day talking to business owners and individuals in Sweden's workforce via phone, offering them subscriptions to Dagens industri, Dagens nyheter, and event tickets to Bonnier's well-known conferences. Your workday will be a mix of sales, coaching sales meetings, independent study regarding the products you sell, and fun activities and sales competitions. Who You Are
You excel in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment where high energy, positive vibes, and strong collaboration go hand in hand with good sales results. You are an effective and persuasive telephone salesperson, capable of expressing yourself clearly and efficiently both verbally and in writing. By actively listening and understanding the customer's needs, you can tailor solutions that genuinely add value.
As a person, you are goal-oriented and driven, aiming not just to meet but to exceed set targets. Your perseverance and willingness to work ensure that you maintain focus and solve tasks efficiently without giving up. You are meticulous and organized, which allows you to consistently deliver quality in your work, and you handle stressful situations calmly and steadily.
Qualifications:
- Strong ability to communicate and interact with customers via phone and email/writing.
- Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Previous experience in proactive sales is an advantage.
- Experience in sales within the media industry is a plus.
Additional Information
The position is a permanent employment, starting with a 6-month probationary period. The salary is based on a guaranteed salary plus commission.
You will belong to Bonnier News Inhouse Sales and report to the sales manager, with the office located at Fristadstorget 2 in central Eskilstuna.
