We are seeking a knowledgeable and committed internal sales representative to sell the company’s products to customers, based from the office in Rabbalshede. In very close collaboration with skilled colleagues, you will be responsible for advising and selling via email and phone to customers, as well as supporting Aven’s sales team.
About the position
You will be part of a well-functioning team of a total of 78 employees in Rabbalshede and Tidaholm, where everyone collaborates as a team. There is a very informal culture and a strong desire to help each other. You will have a broad contact surface both internally and externally within the company, where good teamwork and productivity are of utmost importance.
Your tasks
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Sales and customer service via email and phone to both national and international customers
• Booking customer meetings
• Covering customer service/order reception as needed
• Order, discrepancy, and complaint handling
• Maintaining and developing strong customer relationships together with Aven’s sales team
• Regularly compiling statistics and following up on marketing and sales efforts
• Supporting the finance department with ongoing tasks and administration, as needed
• Participating in inventory processes
About you
• You are passionate about providing the best service in the industry to customers and external sales personnel.
• You can communicate in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• You have an eye for opportunities that arise and know how to turn them into actions.
Your experience
• We prefer candidates with post-secondary education in sales/economics/administration.
• Experience in B2B is desirable.
• Experience within the wood industry is an advantage.
• You are a solid user of the MS Office suite and may have experience with Monitor G5.

You are structured and possess the discipline that a job with great freedom requires. As a colleague, you are helpful, determined, and contribute positively to the team atmosphere. As an individual, you are systematic, self-driven, and humble. You can create simple structures and optimize existing ones.
