Take on the challenge As an Inside Sales Representative, you play a key role in driving sales and building customer relationships. You will be responsible for the entire sales process—from generating leads to presenting customized solutions and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The role requires you to work independently, in a goal-oriented manner, and with a high activity level to meet established targets related to sales budgets, hit rates, and return percentages. You are expected to follow the company’s sales processes, act professionally in customer interactions, and contribute to continuous improvement by adopting new routines and projects in a structured manner. Who is our perfect match To thrive as our next star salesperson, we see that you have at least 2 years of experience in B2C sales and have demonstrated excellent results in your previous roles. Experience in the solar energy sector is an advantage. You possess the ability to quickly build trust with our customers through your responsiveness and professionalism. While you perform at an individual level, you also understand the importance of working as a team and supporting each other so that everyone has the opportunity to succeed. A good technical understanding is desirable. The role requires fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
