Hörmann Svenska AB is looking for an Internal Sales/Procurement Coordinator. About the position The position consists of two parts: a project role with ongoing maintenance responsibility and a role focused on purchasing, internal sales, and support for spare parts. In this role, you will initially be responsible for a coordination project that involves reviewing, structuring, and managing the process surrounding purchasing and pricing within our spare parts and accessories business. The work includes supplier reviews, product maintenance, and pricing. Once the project is completed, your responsibility will be to continuously maintain the process and ensure that updates are made as needed. The project role requires good system knowledge as you will be working extensively in Excel, SAP, and our other internal support systems. In the Internal Sales/Order role, your tasks primarily include order reception, administrative support to field sales representatives, placing orders, and managing and following up on quote requests from resellers, among other duties. You will be located in beautiful offices in northern Örebro, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 3:45 PM, with flexible hours. Who are you? We are looking for someone with at least a high school diploma and preferably additional relevant post-secondary education, for example, in purchasing. It is a merit if you have previously worked in similar roles. To thrive in this position, you need to be flexible and unpretentious, and appreciate variation in tasks and areas of responsibility. You are analytical and motivated to create structure and order. As this role involves many points of contact, a sales and service mindset is a must. You are willing to take the initiative, take responsibility for your work and tasks, and are able to work independently. The role requires excellent IT and system knowledge, and you must communicate well in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
