Do you want to help create new business, build long-term customer relationships, and strengthen Cramo's presence in Uddevalla? We are looking for someone who thrives in a role with many customer interactions and wants to develop our depot together with an engaged team.
As an inside sales representative, you will drive sales and rental of our products and services, focusing on the local market in Uddevalla and its surrounding areas. You will have close contact with customers via phone and email and often visit customers on-site to understand their needs and find the right solution. The remaining time is spent at the depot handling orders, follow-ups, and planning.
In your daily work, you will receive orders, follow up on ongoing rentals, and guide customers to smart, cost-effective solutions. You will also work proactively to develop existing businesses and identify new opportunities.
At the Uddevalla depot, you will become part of a team of four people with extensive experience. We help each other, share knowledge, and ensure that both customers and colleagues have a smooth day. You will enter a supportive environment where you'll quickly get up to speed.

You are driven, curious, and genuinely interested in people and business. You enjoy customer dialogue, see opportunities in every interaction, and take initiative. As a person, you are open, solution-oriented, and proactive. You work systematically, maintain order when multiple dialogues are ongoing simultaneously, and thrive in a high-paced environment.
Qualifications:
• Experience in sales or customer service
• Class B driver's license
• Good computer skills
• Excellent ability to express yourself in Swedish and English
Meriting:
• Experience in sales or customer service within construction, industry, or machinery sectors
• Knowledge of the local market in Uddevalla and an established network
