Svensk Byggtjänst’s product, Byggkatalogen, is a leading web service that provides product information about construction products for stakeholders in the construction industry. We assist material suppliers in processing and refining their product information, making it easier for architects, technical consultants, and other professionals to make informed decisions.
We are now looking for a dedicated and communicative inside sales representative who wants to strengthen our team on a part-time basis during 2026.
**Role**
As an inside sales representative at Byggkatalogen, you will play a central role in our customer management and contract renewal processes. You will be responsible for contacting and renewing contracts with our existing customers, ensuring that their needs are met and that they receive relevant and updated information about our services. You will work closely with both customer coordinators and the sales department.
**Responsibilities:**
- Contact existing customers by phone to renew contracts and ensure continued participation in Byggkatalogen
- Inform customers about their current contracts and suggest adjustments based on changing needs
- Respond to inquiries regarding contracts, participation, and statistics
- Manage and document customer information in the CRM system HubSpot
- Collaborate with colleagues in the department to ensure high customer satisfaction
**We are looking for someone who:**
- Has experience in tele-sales or customer service, preferably within B2B
- Is communicative, service-oriented, and has a knack for building long-term customer relationships
- Is organized and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Has experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot (or is quick to learn) and Google Analytics
- Is self-motivated and enjoys working in a team
- Knowledge of AMA is an advantage
