Job Responsibilities
As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll become part of Ramirent's team in Spånga. You will be a central part of daily operations and responsible for helping customers via phone and email. You'll assist customers in finding the right machines and equipment for their projects, ensure orders are correctly registered in systems, and coordinate deliveries. The role suits someone who enjoys a social, administrative, and varied work environment where no two days are alike.
Responsibilities include:
• Active customer contact primarily through phone and email.
• Manage and register orders in the system.
• Recommend and advise on machines and equipment.
• Collaborate with transport providers to ensure deliveries.
We're Looking for Someone Who Has
• Experience in administrative work
• Good IT skills
• Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Valid driver's license (B-class)
Additional experience in a similar role or industry background is a plus.
