The unit in Tyresö serves as our strategic hub, specializing in production order-driven sales. Here, we deliver complex and tailored products to our customers. As an Inside Sales Representative with us, you will be the central hub that effectively connects the customer with our own production. You will be part of a dedicated sales team of 7 people and report to the Site Manager in Tyresö. Responsibilities • Manage the entire order process, from incoming inquiries to complete production documentation. • Act as the customer’s technical partner by providing professional advice and support regarding our products and solutions. • Drive incoming inquiries, conduct follow-up calls, and proactively work on upselling to existing customers. • Collaborate proactively and navigate with production in Tyresö to ensure that customer needs are met. • Ongoing administration, record maintenance, handling of order documentation, and ensuring quick and professional management of incoming customer inquiries via email. • Diligently monitor and follow up on deliveries to ensure high customer satisfaction. Qualifications • High school education and at least a few years of relevant work experience in a similar role, preferably in technical sales. • A strong technical interest and/or relevant knowledge is essential – experience in industrial rubber or flow technology is an advantage. • Documented experience in sales and a pronounced business drive. • Excellent IT skills and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with and work effectively in various business and order systems.
