Sales Responsibilities • Customer Contact: You actively contact both new and existing customers via telephone to present & sell our high-quality vehicle accessories and receive incoming calls and inquiries. • Needs Analysis and Advice: You help customers identify their needs and get the right products for their vehicles. • Other: Email management, administrative tasks, supporting colleagues and the business where and when needed. We Are Looking for Someone Who: Has a great vehicle interest, curiosity, goal-focus, and a natural ability to talk & communicate on the phone. As the role is customer-oriented, it is crucial that you are social, attentive, helpful, and comfortable working with freedom under responsibility. With your "competitive" mentality, you see challenges as springboards to success. Your perseverance and energy permeate your work and make each customer call unique and an opportunity to inspire. Requirements • Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written • High school education • Previous work experience in proactive sales, preferably through telephone sales • Class B driver's license • High digital and IT maturity Other Details Start: According to agreement Working Hours: Monday - Friday 07:00-16:00 Location: KAMA, Kalmar Employment Type: Full-time, ongoing.
