YOUR DAILY ROLE As an Inside Sales Representative at Gelins KGK AB, you will be a central part of the sales organization, tasked with creating, nurturing, and developing customer relationships. You will be the reassuring voice on the other end of the line, assisting our resellers and partners with everything from advice and quote preparation to order management and delivery follow-up.
Your daily tasks will include:
• Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels
• Providing technical advice and product recommendations
• Preparing quotes, following up on deals, and driving sales forward
• Actively engaging with existing customers and identifying new opportunities
• Collaborating closely with field sales representatives and the marketing department
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service
In short, you are the spider in the web that keeps the business rolling, customers smiling, and colleagues succeeding!
WHO ARE YOU? We believe you have previous sales experience, preferably within industry, workshops, or technical products. You are communicative, engaged, and thrive in a role where you can combine structure with creative problem-solving.
You likely have a technical interest, enjoy machines and tools, and find it rewarding to find the right solution for each customer. Additionally, you are:
• Proactive, meticulous, and goal-oriented
• A team player who is eager to share your knowledge
• Flexible and solution-oriented with an eye for detail
• Comfortable communicating in both Swedish and English
• Familiar with working in the Office suite, Adobe, and CRM systems
Having a technical education or equivalent experience, along with a valid driver's license, is a significant plus.
