About the Role As an inside sales representative, you have a key role in Dafo's service operations and contribute directly to the company's success and customer satisfaction. Your main task is to provide professional service and support to Dafo's customers, focusing on both your own and the department's sales targets. In this role, you are responsible for your own sales budget, actively working with both new and existing customers to drive sales and create long-term relationships. You will also handle incoming calls and inquiries, follow up on service deviations, and prepare quotes. We are looking for someone who is driven and responsible and passionate about delivering a high service level. Primary Responsibilities • Manage customer contact primarily via phone and email, and occasionally in the office, providing information about products, services, and prices. • Actively work on sales for both cold and warm customers based on joint and individual sales goals. • Prepare quotes and register sales orders in the Dynamics365 business system, document other matters, and update contacts in the CRM system. • Collaborate with other departments to provide first-class service to the company's customers. Qualifications • Several years of experience in similar tasks or roles: sales, order handling, customer service, coordination, and administration. • Good knowledge of the Office package, Excel, and some experience with CRM systems. • Speaks and writes Swedish fluently and has proficiency in English, both spoken and written. • Basic knowledge of SBA (systematic fire protection work) • Experience working with individual sales goals and budget is meritorious. • Previous experience in the fire or safety industry is meritorious. Scope and Location You will initially be employed as a consultant via The Place, with a good opportunity for extension or permanent employment at Dafo Brand. The position is full-time with working hours: 8-17 Mon-Thu and 8-15 on Fridays. You will be based at Dafo's office at Vindkraftsvägen 8 in Tyresö.
