About the Position As an inside sales representative, you will be responsible for establishing and developing customer relationships by contacting new and existing business customers via telephone and digital channels. You will offer, negotiate, and sign electricity contracts based on customer needs and handle incoming inquiries in a professional and business-like manner. You will work independently and goal-oriented in sales, which includes new customer acquisition and extension/updating of agreements with existing customers. The work also involves ensuring correct documentation in the CRM system and following the company's guidelines regarding quality and environmental standards. The goal is to contribute to increased sales, high customer satisfaction, and long-term customer relationships. About You You thrive in a sales-oriented role, are accustomed to working towards set goals and results, and are comfortable making cold calls. As a person, you are organized, structured, driven, proactive, and skilled at building relationships and customer dialogues. We prefer candidates with the following qualifications: • Experience with cold calling, prospecting, and proactive sales • Comfortable handling customer dialogues and multiple processes simultaneously • At least 2 years of active sales experience • Good computer skills and previous experience with business systems • Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing in Swedish and English Additional Details Start Date: As agreed Location: Brogatan 1 in Linköping, beautifully situated next to the Stångån river Scope: Full-time Working Hours: Office hours, weekdays 8 AM-5 PM Position: 6-month temporary contract via OnePartnerGroup, with good opportunities for extension and potential direct employment with Bixia This recruitment is in collaboration with OnePartnerGroup.
