Learn more about the company at www.aven.se We are seeking a knowledgeable and committed inside sales representative to sell the company's products to customers, based at the office in Rabbalshede. In close collaboration with skilled colleagues, you will be responsible for advising and selling via email and telephone to customers, as well as supporting Aven's sales team. About the Position You will be part of a well-functioning team of 78 employees in Rabbalshede and Tidaholm, where everyone lifts each other as a team. There is a very informal culture and a strong will to help each other. You will have a broad contact surface both internally and externally in the company, where good teamwork and productivity are of the utmost importance. Your Responsibilities Your primary tasks will include: • Sales and customer service via email and telephone to both national and international customers • Booking customer meetings • Filling in for customer service/order reception • Order, deviation, and complaint handling • Maintaining and developing strong customer relationships together with Aven's sales team • Continuously generating statistics and following up on marketing and sales efforts • Supporting the finance department with ongoing tasks and administration as needed • Participating in inventory checks About You • You are passionate about providing the industry's best service to customers and external sales representatives • You can communicate in Swedish and English, both written and spoken • You have an eye for emerging opportunities and know how to turn them into action Your Experience • We prefer candidates with post-secondary education in sales/economics/administration • B2B experience is desirable • Experience in the wood industry is meritorious • You are a proficient user of the MS Office suite and potentially have experience with Monitor G5 Your Personality You are structured and have the discipline required for a job with significant freedom. As a colleague, you are helpful, decisive, and contribute with a good mood. As a person, you are systematic, self-driven, and humble. You can create simple structures and optimize existing ones.
