Skanska Rental AB is a subsidiary of Skanska Sverige AB and operates throughout Sweden. We are a machinery rental company offering a wide range of equipment, from tower cranes to screwdrivers. For our newly established operation in Västberga, we are now expanding our inside sales team and are looking for a new team member! Experienced Inside Sales Representative for our Customer Center Are you a person who is passionate about service and wants to help shape the future of our customer center? We are looking for someone who sees a high level of service to both external and internal customers as a given. As an inside sales representative, you will be a key person in our continued efforts. You will work closely with our customers and actively contribute ideas that strengthen our position as a leading player in machinery rental. Together, we strive to always deliver that little extra that makes a difference. The role includes, among other things: - Renting out construction and civil engineering machinery, other related construction equipment, and upselling accessories. - Sales administration, order and return management. - Advising and providing service regarding the machinery offerings. - Staffing the customer center in the Stockholm district. - Proactive customer outreach via phone and on-site visits. - Receiving machinery for inspection and handling minor repairs. - Participating in and project managing customer events in the district together with other sales functions. From this position, there is an opportunity to develop and grow into other roles with significant responsibility. Experience with construction machinery and a talent for relationship building We are looking for someone with a sales focus who enjoys proactive customer engagement and building relationships. You have an infectious enthusiasm, are unpretentious, and have a natural ability to further strengthen our positive work environment. Furthermore, you are driven and always prioritize the customer. You view collaboration and relationship building as essential. You appreciate a varied workday and do not hesitate to step in where needed. This mindset allows you to thrive in a job where no two days are the same. The position requires: - At least three years of experience with construction machinery and experience in the rental, construction, or electrical installation industry. - Experience from the construction industry or the machinery rental industry. - A good understanding of invoicing processes. - Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written. - A valid B driver's license. Having a C driver's license is an advantage.
