Inside Sales/Warehouse Worker - Täby
Lundagrossisten was founded in 1977 and conducts B2B sales of heating, water, and sanitation products. Today, we are one of Sweden's leading HVAC wholesalers with an annual turnover of over 1.7 billion SEK and 220 employees. Our customers are exclusively professional plumbing installers with significant and continuous material needs. We are represented from Malmö in the south to Gävle in the north, through our 21 fully-stocked pickup warehouses with over 16,000 stocked items. We are currently in an expansive phase and therefore have a substantial recruitment need.

At Lundagrossisten, you will learn an industry, a company, and a profession from the ground up, with practical work alternating with internal training in areas such as HVAC, sales, and our business system. As an Inside Sales/Warehouse Worker/Driver, you are expected to provide competent and friendly service to our visiting customers and administer their orders, while also working on all typical warehouse tasks such as order picking, receiving goods, and material deliveries with a B-truck license.
This is a full-time position with excellent development opportunities, as Lundagrossisten's policy is to internally recruit for positions in purchasing, marketing, IT, outside sales, and site management. We strive for long-term employment relationships and are proud to say that since our founding in 1977, we have never laid off or temporarily dismissed any employee!
Relevant Qualities and Qualifications
HVAC knowledge is initially not a requirement, but you should be motivated to acquire these skills through work and our internal training. As a Lundagrossisten employee, you must have a structured work approach and enjoy working at an efficient pace with many contacts. Relevant characteristics include commitment, flexibility, humility, and a good sense of service and sales. We appreciate candidates with an interest in technology, construction, or mechanics.
Scope Full-time
Employment Type Permanent employment after 6-month probation period
Starting salary is based on previous, relevant experience. Our goal is for all new employees to have achieved the knowledge level and competence of a technical sales representative within two years of work, thereby receiving a monthly salary of 36,000 SEK. Subsequently, individual salary development is based on your sense of responsibility and work performance.
B-license is not required at the time of application but must be obtained within 6 months of employment.
