About the Position Nordic Staffing Group is now seeking, on behalf of Nordicpouch, several inside sales representatives for their office in Gothenburg. These are direct recruitment positions, which means you will be employed directly by Nordicpouch. Role Description As an inside sales representative, you are a key player in Nordicpouch's expansion in the European market. You will work on sales, build relationships, and constantly seek new business opportunities. The role is international and involves daily contact with customers in multiple countries. * Create and develop customer relationships across the EU. * Drive the entire sales process – from initial contact to closure. * Actively work with the e-commerce segment and analyze new markets. * Collaborate closely with the team in Gothenburg to achieve common goals. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is curious, communicative, and enjoys winning business. * Experience in B2B sales, preferably international. * Comfortable working digitally with an interest in e-commerce. * Fluent English, additional languages are a plus. * Self-driven, goal-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Employment The entire recruitment process is managed by Nordic Staffing Group, but employment will be directly with Nordicpouch. The position begins with a six-month probationary period, with the intention of transitioning to a permanent position.
