About the Role
We are now aiming for 2030 and are in the initial stages of an initiative where you will play a very important role! As an internal sales representative in Workwear and Personal Protective Equipment, you will collaborate with colleagues from all our segments and channels to provide our customers with the best possible service and solutions.
You will primarily work with product proposals for customers, create customer catalogs, plan and conduct fittings, create and order transfer prints, perform print setups, place orders, execute printing, manage individual accounts, and ensure and follow up on deliveries to customers.
Thus, the main task is to develop sales and ensure delivery within the product area of Workwear and Personal Protective Equipment for Ahlsell's customers. You will support the sales representatives in the sales process with your product knowledge and accompany them on customer visits when needed.
About You
As an internal sales representative, you need to be structured, service-oriented, and solution-focused. Your background can vary, but a high level of service and experience in administrative work will help you in your role.
We are looking for someone with:
- A high level of service.
- Previous experience in a sales role.
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Proficiency in computer use, preferably from a larger business system.
- Knowledge of and experience in selling workwear and/or personal protective equipment.
- Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Basic knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
- A valid driver's license for a passenger car and access to a personal vehicle, as there may be occasions when you need to conduct customer visits independently.
