Internal Sales Representative / Administrative Order Coordinator with fluent German
About the Position
We are seeking someone who wants to work as an internal sales representative for our German and Austrian market. The role combines sales with administrative tasks where accuracy, structure, and pace are crucial.
The position is broad and includes order management, sales, purchasing, and customer contact. You will be our German-speaking resource in the team, focusing on communication and delivery precision. As an internal sales representative, you will be responsible for managing orders primarily in German, updating systems, and ensuring a smooth flow in daily operations. The work involves close collaboration with both colleagues and customers, which requires strong communication skills and a sense of order.
Your Responsibilities
• Manage order administration, meeting bookings, and invoices
• Work as an internal sales representative and provide support to our German sales organization
• Monitor deliveries and follow up
• Manage articles and update product information in the system
• Process article data in Excel and web platforms
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone (orders, returns, deliveries)
• Participate in process and improvement work
• Book transports and receive goods
We are looking for someone who
• Is meticulous, structured, and has an eye for detail
• Has experience in sales and customer contact
• Has experience with business systems (preferably Pyramid)
• Has good system proficiency and experience with administrative tasks
• Has basic knowledge of Excel
• Is service-oriented, flexible, and enjoys working both independently and in a team
• Has a technical interest (preferable)
Requirements
• Fluent in German (spoken and written)
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience working with business systems
• Understanding of purchasing, customs, freight, and VAT calculations
