As an Internal Sales Representative with us, you will be an integral part of our sales team, working closely with external sales representatives, product managers, and customers to nurture and develop existing business. Your responsibilities will include managing customer portfolios, preparing quotes, processing orders, and ensuring daily contact and communication, both internally and externally.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable taking the initiative to reach out to customers. Between ongoing matters, it is a natural part of the role to proactively pick up the phone and drive customer dialogues forward. You should view outgoing calls as an important tool for strengthening relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities
• Manage a portfolio of customers in the Nordic region, working towards set goals
• Perform and follow up on commercial and administrative tasks related to the customer portfolio
• Prepare quotes, handle incoming orders, manage pricing, and check credit terms
• Ensure proactive contact and effective communication with both customers and colleagues primarily via phone, email, and Teams
• Contribute to a deeper understanding of customer needs and the collection and compilation of market information
• Ensure that customer information in the CRM system is relevant and up-to-date
• Continuously work on the company's image regarding customer interaction and service
• Build strong, trusting relationships with existing and new customers to create sustainable business and growth
Qualifications
• Hold a recognized higher education degree in industrial economics, business administration, or a degree in materials technology or chemical engineering
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
Preferred
• Experience in a similar role within B2B as an internal sales representative or order receiver
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics
• Proficiency in another Nordic language
