We’re looking for an Inland Solutions & Growth Enablement Manager to join our Nordic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded logistics professional to influence how we design, price, and grow our inland transport offering across Sweden and the Nordics.
**About the Role**
In this hands-on and strategic role, you will be responsible for designing and pricing competitive inland transportation solutions — by road and rail — that deliver value for our customers and drive growth for Maersk.
Working closely with Sales, Product, and Growth teams, you’ll respond to tenders, develop integrated solutions, and identify new business opportunities. You will also play a central role in executing the Go-to-Market approach for inland services, ensuring our offerings reach the right customers effectively and consistently across the Swedish and Nordic markets.
Success in this role requires a strong understanding of the Swedish/Nordic logistics landscape, including customer networks, rail brokers, and freight forwarders operating in key geographical areas.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and price tailored inland transport solutions (FCL, road, rail).
- Design competitive, market-aligned pricing strategies that balance cost and value.
- Support tenders, RFPs, and commercial opportunities with creative, data-driven solutions.
- Identify new growth opportunities and contribute to Maersk’s inland business plan.
- Execute the Go-to-Market approach, ensuring inland services are effectively positioned, promoted, and delivered to customers.
- Monitor market intelligence, pricing trends, and customer insights to refine strategies.
- Collaborate with Growth Enablement colleagues to ensure consistency and shared success across the Nordics.
**What We’re Looking For**
- 5+ years of experience in freight forwarding, inland/rail logistics, or solution pricing.
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset with a focus on value creation.
- In-depth knowledge of inland transportation and market dynamics in Sweden/Nordics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-driven, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-paced, international environment.
