We are looking for more purchasers for various assignments within the manufacturing industry in Arvika and Eskilstuna. Technogarden specializes in competency supply within the Supply Chain sector targeting the manufacturing industry. In addition to Karlstad, we also operate in Gothenburg and Malmö. You will belong to our office in Karlstad and be part of a skilled team with experience in purchasing, logistics, and production planning. **Job Description** The purchasing role is broad, and there is an increasing interest and activity in both operational and strategic purchasing - below are examples of tasks. As a purchaser, you will ensure the flow of components, raw materials, and services from suppliers. The work can either be operational, where the purchaser works closely with production and suppliers, monitoring deliveries, following up on material quality, or being responsible for forecasting. In the strategic work, the focus is more on negotiation, sourcing alternative suppliers, and drafting contracts. **Qualifications** We are looking for candidates with a university degree in engineering, preferably with elements of business. The role requires a few years of experience and knowledge of purchasing work in the manufacturing industry. Our clients often operate within a regulated environment where there are high documentation requirements, so it is advantageous if you have experience working according to any of the following standards: ISO9001, ISO13485, or ISO/TS16949 or IATF16494. This may generally apply to all purchasers; however, I am unsure if it should be included as I lack knowledge in this area and trust your expertise 😊.
