**About the Assignment**
We are seeking a consultant in system management, procurement, and invoice handling for our client in Västerås. This is a full-time consultancy position starting as soon as possible and lasting for 6 months. The work will take place on-site at the client's location in Västerås, but there is also the possibility of some remote work.
**Your Responsibilities**
The work involves adapting the system during organizational changes, for example, by updating units, cost centers, and approval flows. It will also include troubleshooting and resolving invoices that have stalled in the process, as well as ensuring that incoming email invoices are forwarded correctly to the scanning system. An important part of the role is to implement and configure new ordering routes in VIP and to set up and maintain delivery addresses and master data for suppliers, items, and accounts.
In addition to this, the work will also include:
- Administration of user permissions, roles, and delegations.
- Management and monitoring of subscriptions in Visma Proceedo and with external suppliers.
- Conducting tests and providing support in requirement specification and system-related aspects of procurements.
- Participation in improvement initiatives as well as the preparation of reports and follow-up data.
- Administration of purchasing card applications and support for users in the ordering process via email and phone.
**Your Qualifications**
- Experience working with procurement systems (e.g., Visma Proceedo, Raindance, or equivalent).
- Good understanding of invoice handling processes and electronic invoicing.
- Experience in master data management and permission administration.
- Familiarity with working on organizational changes and change management.
- Experience in public procurement.
- Strong communication skills and experience responding to user queries.
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented.
**Meritorious**
- Experience working in the public sector.
- Knowledge of e-commerce and ordering processes.
- Knowledge of financial flows.
- Experience in statistics generation and reporting.
- Experience with Visma Proceedo.
