Buying & Pricing Controller

About the Role: As a Procurement Controller, you will be a key player in developing and following up on pricing, margins, and purchase volumes. You will support the procurement team with analyses and reports, ensure our pricing strategies are competitive and profitable, and report to both finance and procurement. Your Responsibilities: Pricing: - Set and adjust prices based on purchase costs, demand, competition, and profitability goals - Perform price and margin analyses to ensure optimal product/service pricing - Work closely with sales and marketing to understand pricing impact on volume and positioning - Build and maintain pricing models and calculations, ensuring they are business-oriented and up-to-date - Drive price increases or adjustments in line with market developments and internal goals - Support management with reports and analyses on procurement, pricing strategies, and business development Procurement: - Monitor and analyze purchase costs, supplier terms, and price developments over time - Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency potential - Develop decision support for supplier negotiations and strategic choices - Analyze and evaluate supplier performance (KPIs, delivery precision, price stability) - Participate in budget and forecast work related to procurement and merchandise costs - Contribute to the development of procurement processes, data quality, and system support Your Profile: - Education in finance, procurement, or similar - Experience as a controller, preferably focused on procurement and pricing - Advanced Excel user - Analytical, solution-oriented, and system-savvy We do not require a cover letter for this application; please respond to the selection questions instead. The salary range is between 35,000-39,000 SEK depending on your experience and competence.
