Role Offering As Purchasing and Logistics Manager at Mshop, you'll have comprehensive responsibility for purchasing, supplier relations, product supply, and logistics flows, supported by an advanced, proprietary digital platform based on Business Central and Power BI. You'll lead a team of specialists and work closely with Mshop's management – with the opportunity to potentially join the management team for the right person. Key Responsibilities: • Manage the entire purchasing process – from needs analysis to order and delivery • Develop and optimize logistics flows in collaboration with our 3PL partner • Drive OEM and private label development with international suppliers • Forecast needs and analyze inventory data via Business Central and Power BI • Identify opportunities for digitalization, automation, and AI support in purchasing processes • Lead, coach, and develop a team of purchasing and logistics specialists • Work closely with CFO, Head of E-commerce, and Head of Stores on planning and cost-efficiency The role combines strategic and operational leadership – you set the direction and ensure plans become reality. Your Profile You are a business-driven leader with purchasing experience and a strong desire to develop processes through technology, data, and efficiency. You are comfortable working with large product volumes, multiple suppliers, and complex flows, with a natural sense of business acumen and profitability. As a leader, you are coaching and attentive, but also decisive and experienced in driving change. You have a clear understanding of how data, systems, and processes interconnect and enjoy using Business Central, Power BI, or similar tools for decision support. Personally, you are both analytical and proactive – combining structure with pace and thriving when translating strategy into concrete results. Requirements: • 3-5 years of experience leading and developing teams in supply chain, purchasing, or logistics with proven results • Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably Business Central) and data-driven approaches • Experience with OEM/private label development • Experience with international purchasing • Relevant post-secondary education in purchasing, logistics, economics, or equivalent • Fluent Swedish and English, spoken and written Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with 3PL collaborations • Interest in AI, digitalization, and purchasing process automation Is This Your Perfect Match?
