As a Purchaser at SAAB in Tannefors, you will have a key position responsible for securing and optimizing deliveries, building strong relationships, and contributing to a technically advanced and innovative organization.
About the Role
As a Purchaser at SAAB, you will have comprehensive responsibility for operational purchasing processes and supplier management.
Your main tasks include:
* Handling purchase requests, quote requests, delivery monitoring, complaints, and invoices.
* Monitoring and optimizing supplier performance to ensure efficient and high-quality deliveries.
* Collaborating with Sourcing Manager, technical teams, and engineers in ongoing and new projects.
* Driving continuous development within your area of responsibility.
* Business travel may be required.
This is a consultant assignment with excellent opportunities for permanent recruitment for the right candidate.

Who Are You?
To thrive and succeed in the role, we are looking for someone with:
* Experience in supply chain and strong commercial knowledge.
* Ability to build long-term relationships with suppliers and internal partners.
* A structured and engaged approach with a strong focus on collaboration.
* Relevant education in purchasing or equivalent experience (BSc, vocational education).
* Experience with ERP systems (e.g., IFS) and MS Office, particularly Excel.
* Good Swedish and English skills, both verbal and written. International experience and additional language skills are meriting.
Note that the role requires security clearance according to applicable regulations.
