DC Talents is now assisting our client in Finspång in the search for a driven Buyer who wants to become part of a knowledgeable and committed team!
This is a consulting assignment for an initial period of 6 months, with an immediate start or as agreed. You will be employed by DC Talents and leased to the client during the assignment, with the ambition that you will subsequently transition to a permanent position with the client, provided that all parties are satisfied.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an engaged and curious Buyer who wants to take the next step in their career and develop within a globally leading company. Here, you will work in a purchasing team with broad expertise and extensive experience, where you will be both supported and challenged. You will have the opportunity to work across a wide range of purchasing areas and gain insight into the entire flow, from daily purchasing processes to procurements and projects.
In this role, you will work closely with both strategic and tactical buyers, and you will have the opportunity to influence processes, contribute to improvements, and develop rapidly.
Key responsibilities may include:
• Conducting operational purchases, administering orders, and monitoring deliveries
• Managing order confirmations, discrepancies, invoices, and delivery follow-up
• Updating and tracking KPIs, as well as proposing and initiating improvement measures
• Supporting strategic buyers in procurements and analytical work
• Collecting and reviewing quotes for smaller procurements (tactical focus)
• Working as a project buyer and managing purchases in various areas, primarily indirect materials
• Contributing to the flow from contracting to IT and also in project orders

YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for someone with a post-secondary education in purchasing; if you also have a few years of experience in a similar role, that is a significant plus! We believe you are comfortable handling large data sets and enjoy working in Excel. Experience in managing smaller procurements, reviewing quotes, and assisting with project purchases, as well as experience with the EBS/Oracle business system, is highly desirable for this role. It is a requirement that you can communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
