**About the Role**
Our client in the power sector is in an expansive phase with significant investments in the expansion and renewal of Sweden's transmission network. This involves extensive facility and infrastructure projects with high demands on timelines, quality, and safety. For this important assignment, we are now seeking an experienced procurement specialist who wants to work in a central role to facilitate the energy transition.
**We are looking for someone who:**
In this role, you will independently lead and execute procurements in several areas, focusing on:
- Real estate-related services (Facility Management)
- Indirect materials, e.g., communication, training, etc.
- Other categories as needed, e.g., IT and remedial actions for the power system
You will, among other things:
- Lead the development of procurement strategies
- Conduct RFIs and analyze market responses
- Prepare and design tender documents
- Lead the process and model for evaluating bids
- Support and, if necessary, lead clients in requirement specifications
- Ensure the correct handover of completed contracts to clients and provide support during the contract's duration
- Continuously ensure that internal processes and legal requirements (LUF) are followed
- Contribute to business development within procurement in general
Here, you will have a strategic and operational key role in complex procurements with a significant impact on critical infrastructure.
**Who are you?**
- At least 10 years of experience in strategic procurement.
- At least 7 years of experience leading service procurements in the public sector according to LUF or LOU.
- At least 2 years of experience leading procurements of real estate-related services (Facility Management).
- At least 3 years of experience conducting and leading procurements according to negotiated procedures, including negotiations with bidders and suppliers.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
