Responsibilities As a purchaser at Syntronic, you will have a varied assignment, with both operational and tactical elements: • Plan and execute orders, manage supplier dialogue, follow up deliveries, and optimize inventory management • Participate in cost optimization, price negotiations, and contribute to the development of supplier strategies • Handle price inquiries from both customers and suppliers • Manage complaints and purchasing parameters in our business system • Collaborate closely with sales, production, and warehouse teams to ensure competitive prices, delivery times, and high production quality We are seeking a purchaser who has: • Education in purchasing, such as a vocational degree in purchasing or a college degree in economics, logistics, or a similar field • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in purchasing or a similar position • Ability to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English • Experience working in business systems and good computer skills As a person, you are flexible and adaptable, and accustomed to working in a changing environment. You drive your own tasks as a purchaser independently and are skilled at building relationships with both suppliers and colleagues across the organization. You have a desire to do good work together with your colleagues, have no problem jumping in where needed, and are a natural team player.
