Your Future Challenge
The department has been developing software-based products for some time. Now the organization is entering a new phase: industrialization and launch of series production. In this role, you will have a central function in establishing processes, routines, and documentation that ensure efficient, traceable, and quality-assured production.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the industrialization process is in place before production start.
- Develop and improve documentation related to production, requirements, quality, and traceability.
- Participate in production planning and follow-up.
- Contribute to creating structure and working methods for long-term efficiency.
Are You the One We're Looking For?
We are seeking someone with experience in industrialization, production planning, or production preparation, preferably in manufacturing industry or technical development environment.
To succeed in the assignment, you need:
- Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
- Good understanding of quality, traceability, and documentation requirements.
- Ability to work independently and drive processes forward.
