In the Engineer role, you will work in a broad position where you take comprehensive responsibility for technical projects, from analysis to delivery. You'll work closely with both customers and colleagues, with tasks ranging from status assessments and project planning to technical drawings and product development. You'll have the opportunity to work consultatively and contribute your technical expertise at every stage of the process.
Example Work Tasks:
• Conduct Special Construction Technical Inspections
• Prepare documentation and tender documents
• Contribute to drawing work in AutoCAD or SolidWorks
• Drive and coordinate projects
• Maintain close customer dialogue to identify needs and development opportunities
• Participate in innovation work and product development
We are seeking someone with several years of experience in construction or water/wastewater sectors, preferably with consulting experience. You likely have a technical higher education and a strong interest in providing solutions that make a difference. You thrive in a role where you can take responsibility, collaborate, and work independently. You have a professional approach, good communication skills, and a consultative perspective.
We would prefer you have:
• Engineering education in construction, water/wastewater, or equivalent
• Experience with technical project planning and tender documents
• Knowledge of CAD tools such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks
• Excellent Swedish communication skills, verbal and written
• Business understanding and interest in customer dialogue
• Driver's license, as the role sometimes requires on-site customer visits
