Infrastructure Expert – OpenText Identity Manager Role Description The assignment involves management, further development, and advanced troubleshooting of an IDM environment based on OpenText Identity Manager. The engagement starts with a half-day review in December 2025 and subsequent targeted interventions as agreed during 2026, including support for decommissioning specific environments. Responsibilities • Manage and optimize the IDM platform and related directory services. • Perform advanced troubleshooting in production-near environments. • Ensure and improve user and group provisioning (one-way). • Work with configuration in Identity Manager Designer and Identity Console. • Support decommissioning of selected environments during 2026. • Document changes and transfer knowledge to internal teams. Requirements • Minimum 6 years of experience with OpenText Identity Manager, eDirectory, Active Directory, and AD LDS. • Practical experience with Identity Manager Designer. • Practical experience with Identity Console 25.2. • Ability to take responsibility for a sub-area, lead a small group, and work independently. • Experience with IDM 4.10.1, eDirectory 9.3.x, and AD 2016 in relevant assignments. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with IDM on Windows Server platform (e.g., Windows Server 2022). • Experience with lifecycle and decommissioning activities in large directory environments.
