Information Coordinator

We are seeking an Information Coordinator for an authority within the transportation sector. This is a consultancy assignment, based in Stockholm. The position is part-time, at 50%. The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which requires a high degree of flexibility and teamwork. **The Assignment** The Information Coordinator is responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on communication-related issues within the project organization for the expansion of the Roslagsbanan to the city. The role ensures that information flows effectively between different parts of the project, supports leadership roles in communication, and contributes to organizational development, collaboration, and culture-promoting measures. The aim is to strengthen internal communication and coordination during both the planning and implementation phases of the project, thereby contributing to the project's goals of increased accessibility and a capacity-strong public transport system. **Responsibilities** - Support the development of a plan for internal communication and implement it. - Ensure that information moves efficiently between different parts of the organization and the project—both vertically and horizontally—and report disruptions and obstacles. - Plan and implement organizational development, collaboration, and culture-promoting measures. - Plan, lead, and follow up on internal meetings, workshops, and information sessions. - Be responsible for content and updates in internal communication channels such as intranet, newsletters, Teams, or SharePoint. - Support individuals in leadership roles within the project to communicate effectively with their teams, for example, through target audience-adapted messages, talking points, templates, or presentations. **Requirements (Mandatory)** - Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. - Relevant higher education in communication, journalism, media, or equivalent. At least 5 years of documented experience in internal communication within larger projects or organizations. **Desirable** - Digital competence: Familiarity with communication platforms such as various project portals, Avima, SharePoint, Teams, intranet tools, and newsletter systems. Please provide at least two reference projects that support this. - Work experience as an internal communicator in one or more larger infrastructure projects. Minimum experience of 1 year. - Work experience as an internal communicator in one or more larger infrastructure projects. Minimum experience of 3 years. - Work experience as an internal communicator in one or more larger infrastructure projects.
