About this role

**Assignment Description** A public sector organization is seeking someone who wants to contribute to the development of the business while also growing personally. The assignment offers the opportunity to work remotely or at one of its offices. The organization's IT department consists of approximately 200 colleagues, with the headquarters located in Stockholm. The organization has relatively large IT environments with many integrations and collaborates extensively with other authorities and organizations. The role involves exciting and varied work that contributes to societal benefit, allowing for a balance between family, leisure, and work life. Digitalization, automation, and enhancing customer interactions are key focuses. The organization has recently undergone a significant modernization of its IT systems, replacing older solutions with new, modern ones. Cybersecurity, information-centric perspectives, event-driven architecture, and e-services are important concepts in this new landscape. We are looking for someone with specialized knowledge in the field of information security. Your role will be to coordinate the information security efforts within the authority and ensure that the area is developed and managed in the best possible way according to its regulations and guidelines. One of the key tasks will be to maintain and manage the organization’s security management system. The role also includes providing support for information classifications, risk analyses, and serving as an advisor and requirement setter. The team working on information security is a dedicated group. Together with colleagues, the employee will support various parts of the organization in information security matters and monitor compliance with both internal and external requirements. Other important tasks also include business development, training, and environmental monitoring. Collaboration also occurs with other authorities and organizations regarding information security within the public sector. **Mandatory Requirements** - 5 years of work experience in systematic information security efforts. - 5 years of work experience with information security management systems, e.g., IEC/ISO 27001. - 5 years of work experience in information classification, risk and vulnerability analyses, and incident management. - Work experience in structured follow-up, analysis, and action. **Desirable Requirements** - Experience working in a government agency. - Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CRISC, along with high technical competence. - Knowledge of GDPR. **Your Application** Does this role sound interesting and suitable?
