About this role
The Swedish Pensions Agency manages systems and information that are crucial for economic stability and the livelihood of 2.3 million people.
Would you like to help shape the strategic and operational work in information security that our important mission requires?
About the Job
As an Information Security Specialist at the Swedish Pensions Agency, your mission is to drive the work within your area of responsibility forward in accordance with the unit's goals. You will work both strategically, long-term, and operationally. Your tasks will include developing governing documents and methodological support in the field, as well as supporting the organization through training and guidance for managers/employees at the agency. The focus of the role is specifically aimed at implementing governance in the operations and developing the Swedish Pensions Agency's security management system while managing our governing documents. You will also participate as a specialist in workshops, for example, in the development of platforms and services, or in connection with procurements.
The unit is newly established with responsibility for security, protective security, and civil preparedness. This provides a great opportunity to work with a broad perspective. Other specialist competencies in the fields of operational/protective security are available, as well as in information security, and we work together with a focus on the whole.
The position is located in Stockholm, but the Swedish Pensions Agency has offices in seven other locations across the country, so travel may occur.
