About the role
Your primary responsibilities will focus on property and process media-related matters within the scope of our commitment – such as troubleshooting, service, maintenance, and repair in an industrial environment – including plumbing, ventilation, and heating, but we also strive to work preventively. Examples of tasks include repairing gates and safety barriers, as well as pumps, electric motors, and fans, among others. You will also be involved in various client projects that include construction and some documentation. Being an active initiator in the daily work to improve and develop our delivery, both internally and towards clients, is also a given for us. This is a permanent full-time position that begins with a 6-month probationary period. Initially, the work is scheduled during daytime hours – Monday to Friday, but shift work may be introduced.
About you
We are looking for someone who has previously worked with property maintenance in industrial/manufacturing companies as a Mechanic/Service Technician/Repair Technician. You have good welding skills and hold a B driver's license and a Hot Work certificate. Other certifications – such as forklift, crane, lift, safe lifting, etc. – are advantageous. You are meticulous and have a very good ability to prepare and plan your work. Knowledge in electrical systems, warehouse technology, plumbing, hydraulics, pneumatics, machining, and the ability to read and understand blueprints is also beneficial.
We ask that you, in addition to your CV and Cover Letter, attach relevant certificates and diplomas.
You have strong communication skills and can communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing, and have basic IT skills. We believe you are someone who takes great responsibility for your work and is driven to perform various tasks in a professional manner with high quality. Furthermore, you are thorough and methodical in your execution. You approach the workday with equal parts experience and creativity. You are used to working independently and have the ability to prioritize and make decisions under pressure. To thrive in this role, we see that you, like us, value service and contribute to a positive atmosphere and good collaboration in the workplace.
