Techtank is now seeking an Industry Coach/Project Manager who wants to contribute to the development and competitiveness of the industry. Our operations target industrial and technology companies as well as industry-related service companies, including small and medium-sized enterprises as well as large companies. About the Role In the role of Industry Coach/Project Manager, you will: - Conduct outreach and work with companies to analyze needs and identify development opportunities to promote growth and innovation. - Drive and lead projects from start to finish—including planning, budget management, administration, and follow-up. - Coach and educate companies in change management, for example in automation, digitalization, and sustainable business models. - Build and develop relationships with companies, academia, and other stakeholders within the business promotion system to create synergies and collaboration opportunities. - Facilitate networks for member companies in areas relevant to the industry. - Contribute to the skills supply within the industry through collaboration with various educational initiatives. - Work towards a long-term sustainable industrial development—both from an environmental and a business perspective. Qualifications Education You have a higher education degree in a relevant field for the role, such as industrial development, sustainability, circular economy, or equivalent experience that the employer considers comparable. Experience We are looking for someone with experience in industrial production, preferably with additional knowledge in areas such as production technology, automation, digitalization, business systems, and process mapping. You have experience in project management and coaching, and are accustomed to collaborating in project teams. Personal Attributes We are looking for someone who: - Has a strong interest and understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the industry. - Has good communication skills—you express yourself well, are a good listener, and build trust in dialogue with others. - Enjoys building relationships, is attentive, has good collaboration skills, and sees themselves as a team player. - Is self-driven, structured, and analytical, with the ability to move processes forward in a goal-oriented manner. - Is solution-focused and can translate ideas into practical action. Other You have a good ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in Swedish as well as in English. You are accustomed to writing and processing various types of documents, such as reports and presentations, and are comfortable giving talks and presentations. You have good knowledge of the Office suite. A driver's license and access to a personal vehicle are required as travel is part of the job. The position is based at Techtank's office in Olofström. Additionally, work will be conducted in Blekinge, where the greatest benefit to the operation can be achieved. Employer Techtank AB. Job Title Industry Coach/Project Manager.
