**About the Role**
As an Industrialization Project Manager, you will be responsible for designing, communicating, and implementing operational plans to drive engineering-based projects within manufacturing and industrialization. You will work on smaller projects with lower complexity or be responsible for parts of larger projects, in close collaboration with a senior project manager.
**Your Responsibilities Include:**
* Preparing designs, project controls, specifications, schedules, and cost estimates.
* Ensuring production, transport, installation, testing, and commissioning of new infrastructure, equipment, and facilities.
* Monitoring project progress and performance against the plan, as well as identifying and managing deviations.
* Planning and gathering the resources required to complete projects within the set time and budget.
**Who Are You?**
We are looking for someone with practical experience in project management in an industrial environment who enjoys working independently under general supervision. You are structured, communicative, and solution-oriented, and you easily build trust within your project teams.
**Qualifications:**
* 2-5 years of relevant experience in project management within industrialization or manufacturing.
* Ability to work independently and drive projects forward.
**Meritorious:**
* Experience in developing project plans, budgets, and forecasts.
* Knowledge of material selection, equipment, and management of external suppliers.
