About the position
As an industrial employee, you will work in both assembly and manufacturing of products according to specifications, ensuring that high quality is maintained through careful inspections. You will be responsible for adhering to safety regulations, operating machinery and tools, and reporting any discrepancies. Additionally, you will participate in equipment maintenance and contribute to improvement efforts to optimize the production process for our clients. When necessary, you will support colleagues in various areas of production.
About you
Formal qualifications
We are looking for someone with education related to the industry and/or good experience in the manufacturing sector. You should have at least one year of experience in manufacturing, such as a machine operator or in assembly. Basic knowledge of Swedish and English is required, as well as the ability to strictly follow safety regulations. Your technical understanding and attention to detail are crucial for performing tasks efficiently and safely. A driver's license and access to a car are also required.
Meritorious
It is an advantage if you have education focused on CNC, mechanical engineering, or other industry-related training, as well as previous experience in quality control and experience with LEAN work and continuous improvement processes. We also value your ability to work independently and take the initiative in problem-solving within a production environment.
