The National Cyber Security Center (NCSC) is looking for an incident manager to participate in building the center's operations at FRA. Your mission As an incident manager at NCSC, you will participate in incident coordination and be responsible for conveying information between different parts of NCSC and other participating authorities. Your main tasks will include: - Leading and managing incoming incidents at NCSC by ensuring coordination of work between various central functions. This includes compiling communication regarding these incidents. - Working to develop incident processes within NCSC. - Preparing incident reports. You will also be involved in other activities at NCSC to effectively represent the office. The work takes place on-site at NCSC, with some possibility for remote work if the tasks allow. During incidents, you may be required to work irregular hours. You will have frequent contact with both internal and external stakeholders. You can We are looking for someone who has: - An academic degree in, for example, political science, computer engineering, or another relevant field that includes project management, or equivalent knowledge acquired through work experience. - Several years of work experience in incident management or from a role deemed equivalent by the employer. - Good knowledge of IT and information security. - Excellent proficiency in both Swedish and English, in both spoken and written forms. We consider it an advantage if you have: - Certifications in the relevant field. - Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite. More information The workplace is currently located in Tomteboda, Solna. In a few years, new premises will be ready in Bergshamra. Swedish citizenship is a requirement as employment at FRA involves placement in a security classification. A prerequisite for employment is a successful security clearance with a background check. The security clearance will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Security Protection Act. Employment comes with an obligation to be placed in a wartime position.
