We Are Now Seeking an Incident Manager for the Process and Business Support Section, which is part of the Infrastructure and Operations Unit. Together with a team of other Incident Managers, you will work operationally with incident management.

You Will
- Coordinate Complex and High-Priority Incidents by Convening, Coordinating, and Driving Work Together with Colleagues in the IT Department and Agency
- Help Develop Processes and Procedures for Incident Management
- Be Part of the Incident Manager Standby Group for Handling Incidents Outside Regular Working Hours
You Must Have
- Relevant Academic Education in IT or Equivalent Knowledge/Experience
- Basic Technical Understanding in IT
- Knowledge of the ITIL Incident Management Process
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills in Swedish
- Ability to Report to the Örebro Office Within One Hour During Your Standby Period
It is Advantageous If You Also Have
- Current Experience as an Incident Manager
- Experience with ITIL Problem Management or Change Management Processes
- Experience with Organizations Having Large and Complex IT Environments
- Experience in Security-Sensitive Operations
- Knowledge of IT and Information Security
