ILS/IPS Project Manager

Your Role As a Project Manager for ILS/IPS (Integrated Logistics Support/Integrated Product Support) in one of our exciting GlobalEye projects, you will lead one of several sub-projects within the main project. You will drive the project forward in close collaboration with other roles within and outside the department, such as other project managers, engineers, purchasers, technical writers, and training managers, maintaining close dialogue with other sub-projects. You will be the primary contact for ILS issues towards both the main project's client and the end customer. The ILS/IPS Project is responsible for the following areas: * Spare Parts * GSE (Ground Support Equipment) * Technical Publications * Training for Pilots, Technicians, and CAMO * Facility, Premises, and System Requirements As a Project Manager, you will work on planning, organizing, and leading project implementation from start to finish based on customer requirements and given frameworks. Your tasks will include: * Establishing project plans and steering the project towards its intermediate and final goals * Managing project finances * Securing project resource needs * Managing communication with various project stakeholders * Actively working with risks and opportunities * Ensuring a good project climate with excellent collaboration and motivated project members Your Profile We are seeking someone with strong personal drive and commitment, who wants to work and grow as a project manager in an exciting and expansive organization characterized by a secure community where we collectively achieve our shared goals. As a person, you are social and enjoy leading work. You excel at collaboration, are communicative, and can easily engage others. You are adept at handling multiple parallel tasks, efficient, structured, and make things happen. You have at least 2-5 years of project management experience in a technical environment. Previous experience with ILS/IPS or similar is advantageous but not a requirement. You have a college or university degree or equivalent work experience. You communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, in Swedish and English. The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to current security protection regulations.
