Iduna AB is seeking an HR Administrator

Are you a skilled administrator who enjoys order and structure while also being able to juggle multiple tasks? Then you might be the right person for us! We are currently seeking a new colleague for the Payroll/HR department at our headquarters in Varberg. You are an experienced administrator who is organized and self-driven, thriving in a diverse role where tasks vary from day to day. You will work closely with the HR manager and the payroll department. Knowledge and experience in payroll/HR are advantageous, but we primarily seek a capable administrator. Your responsibilities will include: • Supporting and guiding managers in recruitment matters • Preparing for meetings and negotiations • Providing administrative support and promoting digital development in the area • Coordinating systematic work environment efforts It is desirable that you: • Have excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of Finnish is a plus. • Are proficient with systems and have experience with the Office suite • Are structured and have a proactive working approach • Are flexible and thrive in a dynamic environment The position is a full-time temporary contract for 6 months with the possibility of extension. Start date is negotiable. We will conduct interviews on an ongoing basis, so the position may be filled before the application deadline.
