You, along with your colleagues, are responsible for the maintenance of artificial and natural grass fields, cleaning of activity areas and facilities, as well as the care and upkeep of ice rinks and ski trails. The work is flexible and varied, with tasks both indoors and outdoors. During a workday, you will meet many people whom you assist and support in various ways. This may involve guiding children to the correct changing rooms, providing support to organizers during ongoing events, or ensuring that all visitors feel welcome and are greeted by a clean facility in top condition. Your skills and experience We are looking for someone who enjoys providing excellent service, communicates easily, and is ready to take on new tasks with enthusiasm. We see you as an initiator with a solution-focused mindset who enjoys both collaborating and working independently. Your unpretentious attitude, curiosity, and being an integral part of the team are what we value most. We are looking for someone with a B driver's license for manual transmission, a high school education or equivalent competence, and basic computer skills. But most importantly, we value your passion for making our visitors feel welcome and cared for. Do you have previous experience working in a sports facility, cleaning, or in gardening and machinery? That is definitely a plus! But even more important is your readiness to dive straight into new challenges and learn new skills. Have you never operated an ice machine or tractor before? Other information To provide good accessibility for Stockholmers, we staff the facility between 6 AM and 12 AM, 7 days a week, which means we work in shifts. We work 39 hours/week with day, evening, and weekend shifts.
