Are You Ready to Implement Future Solutions in Identity & Access Management? Are You Prepared for a Diverse Role That Gives You Space to Broaden Your Cybersecurity Expertise? Apply to Arctic Group.
Arctic Group
Arctic Group is a Swedish IT consulting company at the forefront with extensive experience in cybersecurity, integration services, and software development tool deployment. We are in an exciting expansion phase with the goal of expanding our team to develop together and make the world digitally safer. Using Identity & Access Management (IAM) and secure AI, we are building sustainable and secure digitalization to achieve a robust security level for our customers. Today, we are over 70 fantastic experts, and our workplaces are hybrid (internal offices, on-site with customers, from home, or other locations), primarily based in our offices in Luleå, Sundsvall, Gävle, and Stockholm. Our customers are both national and international.
The Role
• Together with the team, you will work on system development, management, and implementation in the cybersecurity area.
• You will develop and implement security solutions, such as focusing on various access control systems and analyzing and finding solutions to protect against unauthorized intrusions.
• In the IAM area, you will work with the team on PAM, IGA, and Access Management solutions from market-leading product providers (including Ping Identity, Curity, One Identity, Sailpoint, etc.).
The Team
You will be part of a happy and collaborative team dedicated to building our IT security team with the ambition to grow. The team consists of a mix of experienced and newly graduated employees. Together, we are 17 IAM consultants, including 2 Team Leaders.
About You
We are seeking driven and solution-oriented system developers with solid experience in IAM and an industry interest in AI and cybersecurity. It is important to us that you are accustomed to taking initiative, are unpretentious in problem-solving, dare to take on complex tasks, and care about maintaining customer relationships. You are also used to collaborating in a dynamic environment with multiple parallel assignments where clear communication and creating structure are a matter of course.
The role requires good Swedish and English skills, both spoken and written, and often placement in security class, which requires security screening and, in many cases, Swedish citizenship and background check.

Additionally, we offer a generous employee package with customized development opportunities, wellness contributions, recruitment bonuses, wonderful international trips together, and notably extra compensation during parental leave and an attractive and secure service pension.
