The unit includes competencies in property, finance, local planning, and governance, and the collaboration is characterized by participation, analysis, and shared responsibility for developing our working methods. We are facing several important development areas, including strengthening the structure around internal rent, creating clearer processes, and ensuring that our premises are used in a fair and efficient manner. Here, you will be an important part of the ongoing improvement work.
With us, you will have the opportunity to grow in a role where you can influence both working methods and operational benefits. We offer a workplace where courage, commitment, and curiosity are encouraged, and where we value each employee's perspective. You will work in an organization that offers good development opportunities, competent colleagues, and a work environment characterized by collaboration, openness, and care. We hope you want to contribute to a municipality in transformation where your work makes a real difference for the operations, the organization, and the residents of Botkyrka.
